Herbal Consultations - Adult $45, $90, $120
An initial consultation is for clients with wellness goals that they would like to address in a more natural way. We will discuss chronic health conditions, your physical and emotional health history, lifestyle factors, and use traditional assessment techniques to assess a course of action to meet your wellness goals.
After we have had time to discuss your health concerns I will choose herbs for a customized formulation for your unique needs. I will also suggest possible diet and lifestyle changes. At your initial consultation you will receive a 3 week supply of your custom herbal blend. Custom blends are normally $45 for a 3 week supply.

Unfortunately these days there are many young children with chronic health conditions affecting their quality of life. Due to shorter attention spans and shorter health histories a typical consult takes 30 minutes. I strive to make the consultation as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for the child. Herbal remedies for children are $12 or $22.

Herbal Follow-up appointments - $35, $65
After having been on a herbal protocol for approximately 3 weeks I recommend a follow-up appointment to discuss any changes, concerns, improvements or questions. At that time we will once again use traditional assessment techniques to determine how the protocol is working and if changes need to be made to the customized formulation.

Customized tinctures and refills
I create custom tincture and tea formulations for my clients' individual wellness needs. I carry over 150 herbs that are locally sourced when possible and otherwise purchased from ethically, sustainably-minded herb companies. I also make seasonal offerings like elderberry syrup.
