This is my 5th year teaching this herbal intensive. The first year we use Rosemary Gladstar's program as the base to build from and go more in-depth from there. We learn body system by body system with a focus on learning categories of herbs as well as individual herbs that have an affinity for different body systems. This first year gives you the ability to help friends and family with common concerns. For those who choose to continue in Year 2 and 3 we dive deeper into several methodologies to look at the body in a more proactive way.

*Those who are interested can continue for a Year Two Program where we look at herbal theory and approaches to getting to the root of health patterns using Traditional Chinese Medicine patterns such as Five Element theory and Chinese Organ systems. We also look at Western Tissue States and Ayurvedic doshas to help us get a fuller picture of those whom we are trying to help.
