Expand your ability and confidence in supporting your families’ health. This is a systematic look at how to address wellness concerns from a folk herbalism perspective. This year long program was created by reknowned herbalist Rosemary Gladstar. Using her very hands on approach to learning and her extensive course binder we will focus on a new discussion topic each month with additional discussion and materials provided by Kate Bodmann.
We will create health promoting herbal preparations each month for you to use with your family. We will have wildcrafting opportunities as well as field trips for those interested. Upon completion of assignments, course of study and review by Kate Bodmann a certificate of completion will be awarded from Rosemary Gladstar and Kate Bodmann.
Classes begin January 2018!
Join us for an information session on October 12 at 7:00 pm!

Back to school for many is a time of back to school germs and emotional challenges. Come learn how to naturally help your child with wellness issues from common colds and fevers to stress related sleepless nights and nervous tummies. We will make an immune boosting and tummy soothing ginger syrup to take home! Bring a $5 supply fee. Class is taught by Clinical Herbalist and Aroma-therapist Kate Bodmann, Land of Milk and Honey Herbs.
Herbs for Kids Club - Herbs for Tummies
Our little tummies and our big tummies sometimes need a little support whether that is due to stress or digestive upset. At this class we will be making a tummy massage oil. It is a great way to connect with your child at the end of the day by giving them a little tummy rub. So nourishing to the body and the spirit! Join your child in this hands-on parent/child class. I will also be sharing a few kid friendly wellness recipes and health hints. As a fun BONUS we will be making Black Cat or Bat Lip balms!
In October we will be offering this class twice. Once during the day for homeschoolers and younger families and once in the evening. Please be sure that you enroll soon so that I know if we have enough people to hold the class and be sure to register for the right session!
